Steeling myself for it I move up to check on my ears, fearing what I would find. And I find that not only have they gotten much larger than before but they’ve started changing shape. And I can even feel them growing larger in my hand. Looking back down towards the entrance I’m reminded of her threat of me being under a time limit before the others would be unleashed. And I fully imagine that they would have pokemon to help them climb much faster than I can, so I turn my attention back towards the act of climbing and position myself to try and shield myself a bit from more of that moonlight that seems to be just soaking into my body, making it all feel warm. Though as I reach about the halfway point I start to notice another problem quickly starting to arise. I seem to be getting smaller, especially in my legs so I’m starting to stumble against my pants. Knowing that I probably wouldn’t be able to escape in time if I fell I debate whether or not to just strip off my pants or keep trying to maintain what clothing I came in with.
