Somebody is about to lose all their chi or magic, depending on whether they’re Kirin or pony~ Chihana of Neighpon is not a vampire to trifle with, being the Originator of The Pact and First of Her Line of energy-draining vampires. I don’t know who was impetuous or ignorant enough to dishevel her or intrude upon her out-of-makeup, but they’re about to have a Very Bad Time™.
