Last week I proposed a design for a homemade wire-powered torpedo and now we need a way to deliver it. Using an airplane or submarine would requires very high technical skills and a discrete/secret base, so modifying an existing boat to incorporate a torpedo tube is easier. This motorboat is based on semi-submersible boats like the US Navy's Low Visibility Craft [1] and narcosubs.

The printed-circuit radar-absorbent meta-materials placed on the windows and superstructure (either in their flexible [2] or transparent [3] variant) are similar to the ones in my 'Stealthy combat glider' and 'Improvised infiltration hovercraft' ideas.
