Vendel in a full fledged lugia form ready to race. Aside from being needy and spoiled he has a real passion for aerial racing. Although Vendel is technically a shadow lugia I didn't draw him with all the unique features of one, it just didn't look right. Overall I rather like how this came out and maybe there will be more of him like this in the future.
