Still not entirely sure about the design of this character. I have been figuring out more about the character himself, however oh, and how he became so arrogant. Part of it is because he became a sumo to stand up to bullying, but it led him down a rabbit hole of more hardships and rejections. Eventually, he kept trying to convince himself that he made the right choice, and spends a lot of the book trying to prove to himself that he did.
