This page is putting in some work in terms of story development and showcasing the state of Curtis' body. Also NAME REVEAL is huge to me lol. Curtis Killdeer is my original character do not steal.
The pull to make a graphic novel took me hard on this one as may be evident with the amount of dialogue present. I adore making longer, more exposition heavy stories, but this one won't be one of those :(

Love the amount of detail you are putting into this! The red dialogue showing him getting more aggressive, like a wild animal, also the bottom panel, when Curtis realizes that he’s turning into a beast and there are people coming towards him, so now he’s on a mission to keep people as far away as possible from him!
I also love how there's a whole story behind the character and the world, as shown in all the other Curtis related posts, making us get more attached to the character and giving context to what and who is appearing/being mentioned in the comic. I honestly love what you are doing with your work!
Oh I really love how Curtis looks right now~ and that's not even his final form! Really love how the transformation looks in your drawing/writing :3
Tho it is so nice that he wants to avoid ppl so he won't do them any harm. Question, is he also able to transform other ppl too or is he going to be a more deady beast?

I'm glad the mirror panel reads. I have this constant paranoia that I forgot to set something up because it didn't give the setup thing its own panel. But the mirror has been in the background for quite a few panels so I hoped that would have been satisfactory...

So... I have a question coming from personal experience.
I had a surgery a long time ago and they had to shave where they cut into me. The doctor told me to leave the bandaid on and when it fell off, it would be fine because it would have been healed by then. Shortly after, the hair grew back and the "bandaid" fell off because it lost the surface area to adhere to from the hair.
So... does Curtis still need the bandaids or shouldn't he be healed with the bandaids either falling off naturally or him taking them off... considering he is a very hairy beast where he was bitten and else where?

Hes pretty much healed by now. The artistic reasoning for why they started bleeding again is because it's the wound that infected him so I wanted to highlight the connection a bit. The bandaids can come off now but I wanted to keep them on for fun and give him more things to pull off.
