Commission for
Rothar
No less than 4 complete re-draws of the entire reef and it is finished, at last! It was a huge project which involved getting to know more about reefs and corals. Most of the corals are referenced from the photos of the Acropora genus species, but there are a couple more.
// Coral reefs are actually fragile. According to the report of the World Resources Institute, the majority of the world’s coral reefs are threatened
by human activities.
More than 60 percent of the world’s reefs are under immediate and direct threat from one or more local sources — such as fishing activities,
coastal development, pollution and direct damage. Of local pressures on coral reefs, overfishing — including destructive fishing — is the most pervasive immediate threat, affecting more than 55 percent of the world’s reefs.
// These findings prove, that we need an overhaul of commercial fishing methods and procedures. In their current state, they are a threat not only to creatures inhabiting shallower depths of the ocean, but also those at the very bottom of the Big Blue.

I very much appreciate that the "Trouble" in title makes actually references to the danger the coral reefs are in, and not - as I first assume seeing the picture and before reading the description - to the chase that is going on, which is "normal" in my book.
Alluring predator chasing cute prey. That's actually adorable.
I wanted to add to your already good description: the main reasons the reefs are in immediate threat is because the acidity of the oceans are rising, and the coral don't like that at all.
This rise in acidity is because the oceans are trying to offset the co2 levels in the atmosphere by extracting and storing it in the water.
So yeah.. human activity is responsible for the reef's degredation..
