She is a high class rich Dalmatian who used to live on the other side of the world, but she loves being near the neighborhood to be closer to her brother. However she is always trying to be so protective to her brother as well. She is friendly and despite being in high class she is really generous and loves when people complement her looks, especially her unusual figure with her enlarge rear end and fat belly. she is really good at self defense too and she can even use her behind as a weapon. Shes also a friend of Ruby Dalmatian.
