New character. Came up with the name a few weeks ago.

However, instead of creating an entirely new character, I combined 4 previous characters (Penny, Smudge, Shiro, and Nutmeg).
Smudge was my original Wisher AD character, but I became bored of her name and previous design.

The only markings that are optional are the heart markings on her flank and on her wings. All other markings are a must.

Nicknames include "Fae-fay" and "Wink"; looking for more nickname suggestions.
