Biology: As shown by the name, these dragons have large but soft scales. Acting like stone-hard plated armor, the underbelly, shoulders, and thighs are protected. The remaining parts of the body are left with small and soft scales. The pale skin below the jaw, down the neck, chest, and belly is extra stretchy for swallowing large prey. The tail acts as storage for fats and the magic-well, from the tail’s tip to the head is covered in fluff. And along the tail are several barbs that sense movement and pheromones, they also act as antenna for the dragon’s magic.
