100 x 100 pixel icon size attempt

I notice some of the pixels are getting smoothed out from being saved as a png and jpg so I have to figure out how to better preserve the pixels that are "blended". I must not have noticed it being as bad in the last ones.
Also interpreting the look from a shaded highlighted design and I can see why people might prefer really simple shaded or none for references lol.

It's just practice. This design is not free to use or to be copied etc.
