Honestly, I'd say so. You name one twin Steve and one Gaylord and they're gonna grow up different. People will treat these two differently for a start, not to mention there'll probably have to be some differences to let them BE different like this in the first place.

if they changed magically from one day to the other. Then theycould still be the same.
if they lived their whole life, or a couple of years with these kind of diferences, i'd bet yeah.. it will totally afect them. Our perception of ourselves, our life conditions (challenges, oportunities, weakneses and strenghts) and the perception others have of ourselves (and how they treat us based on that) does totally afect your personalities.
So, for me, is a matter of asking "when" did they changed.
