okay I am going to have to explain this one.
back in the 80s this special was shown on a uhf affiliate the same one that gave me dragon ball in 89 and 95, pretty piggies a curiousity that I dont know why it grabbed me, tmnt till CBS claimed it, the adv of sonic and phantom 2040. point was hes kind of a christmas tradition for me though it was shown on black fridays as fillers and the villain is called baron bad blood
