I don't even count ghost Pepper's you might as well use Bell peppers. Trinidad scorpions and Carolina Reapers are where I go to for hot and reapers are pretty much my limit. I use them for a lot including some homemade jardiniere that I made a few months back.
It costs about 10 bucks USD, or you're getting scalped. It's made primarily with Reaper Peppers, but dried and powered. (officially 6.99 plus shipping from the maker. ebay currently has them at $40. Kroger has them for 2.99, as they're not remotely fresh any more. they release them about august-september every year)
The actual CHALLENGE is "How long after eating it can you go without eating or drinking ANYTHING?"
It's HIDEOUSLY dry, so it starts like the Cinnamon challenge (stupid and actually dangerous, that one), make sure you're hydrated first.
...Yes, I did it this year. Yes, I made it the full 60 minutes (they didn't put a "score chart" inside the box as they used to, but that was the old "max time").
The first five minutes SUCK, truly. The first 15 are difficult.
After that, you're just waiting the clock out.

Haha hot food challenges are fun until you build up heat resistance x super spicy ramen was one of my favorites, first time I ate, smoke was shooting out of my ear but it was so tasty. By the second time I ate it, it was still hot but not unbearably painful as before. Four eats later absolutely nothing happened but tasting the raw pepper but no heat.
I ended up basically getting liter jars of Valentinas extra hot and compensating with volume. When I went back to the one chip challenge and XXX 3x spice flaming hot the delicious heat was gone. Now I can eat em without any reaction but all my reaction to "ghost/reaper heat" has been muted disappointment without the burn haha. I paid 10$ for a reaper in a 'Russian roulette roll' and apparently people are supposed to scream when they get it. It was the same heat pain tolerance levels one of those little yellow in and out peppers used to be when I was a kid, but I couldn't stop snacking bites of it haha. I had a cup of water but for shame draggies, shouldn't you fire breathing dragons handle the heat better than us shadow kitty reaper eaters hehe? :D
A new dangerous game I see though, cherish those delish burns and flaming hot cheetos burns and try out that super spicy ramen if you can though, heat or not it's legitimately delish! (Though 2-3$ is a little overpriced for ramen), I tried the one chip and if you have heat resistance it's basically one faintly pepper flavored dorito and if I had to guess a Scoville range it'd probably be like 10,000-50,000 scoville feel. Like maybe slightly around sriacha or tobasco drowned feel. But if you can handle tons of heat, it might just be a overpriced tortilla chip you could recreate by smearing sriacha or ghost pepper/reaper sauce all over a nacho dorito.
