Reference sheet for Snows new aquatic suit, model "Flying Fish".
The suit is powered by electric cells from the back and the fins use a electro-magnetic effect to push the water over thier surface. The user does not move the fins at all to get speed under water, but rather hold them at a static position to allow the water to be dragged over them. Webbed gloves and boots are only meant to stay a float in static situations or steering. The suit is able to propel the user up to 50km/h when used in a streamlined position. Due to the immens power required the suit also as adaptable cooling which are disguisted as gills on the side of the upper torso, however they do not provide any oxygen for the wearer, therefore he user must break the surface once a while to get a breath of air.
As with each "Salomon Labs" product each suit is custom made for the wearer.

The wings/fins can be folded to a certain degree when the VdW drive is not engaged, as thier fabric is finely ripped with cristalline components, which are foldable, if not engaged it would feel akin to a slightly more stiff coat on land, it will not hinder movement but you cannot entirely hide its bulk. If they are however engaged and electricity is circulating, the sewn in cristaline components become stiff and will hold thier current form, only when the drive is disangaged the fins will become floppy again. Furthermore the molecule pushing effect which propels the wearer when in water does also for a certain extend work in air, not to enable real flight but to rather extend the sailing time up to 100m when at top speed before surface break. The fins should not be used as pure sailing wings on land, because the VdW drive will generate to much heat, which can only properly dispersed by diving into water and will become very unpleasent for the wearer otherwise.
Due to the prototype nature of this suit it is fully integrated as an one piece outfit. It was the easiest solution to incorporate the energy and heat transporting system into it, which will keep the wearer warm while in use and also disperse excess heat via the cooling gills. But its feasible to adapt the technology into separate pieces once properly understood^^.
