This is Arcten's sci-fi era work (hunter/explorer) outfit. It is a vacuum rated, armored suit. Suitable for hazardous environments, EVA work, combat environments, and everyday wear. The back contains a power supply, computing, and life support functions in an extremely compact format. The helmet has IR and UV sensors (the red and purple portions respectively). The helmet has lower resolution cameras on the sides and rear (the colored strips) to provide extra visibility. The holes in the front and side of the muzzle of the faceplate are atmospheric sensors (intake and exhaust) that can monitor air quality and contaminants, as well as potential biohazards. The sides of the helmet have attachment points for accessories (i.e. lights, cameras, other sensors).
Arcten carries a full size wand and miniature wand with him, even when in a sci-fi environment. His magic is probably his most potent tool, and will get him out of a pinch if technology cannot. He carries a laser pistol and rifle with him, as well as a basic knife. The pistol, rifle, and knife are Arcten's workhorse tools when he travels to sci-fi type settings. Over the suit, Arcten wears a duster that hangs a bit below his knees, and occasionally a backpack depending on where he is traveling.
The pistol is a basic, but well made, laser pistol. It has an optic on top, and is powered by a battery inserted into the grip. It does not have a slide like a modern semi-auto pistol, as it does not have recoil or need to eject a brass casing. The lens is protected by, and a bit recessed into, a shroud. The power of the laser is user adjustable, and the number of shots will vary according to the power setting.
The rifle is a high power and high precision model. Like the pistol, the user can adjust the power, and it has its firing lens recessed into a shroud. The battery for the rifle is contained in the stock, and is a high capacity model.
The knife is fairly standard for the setting. It is good quality, but doesn't appear to be remarkable to casual inspection.
