Muu is the big bad villain from the Monster Rancher anime (though he's also a monster you can raise in the games). I've always loved his design, and his dragon form is enormous!
I highly recommend the Japanese version of the anime (Monster Farm) if you can manage to find it! The English dub is really heavily censored and the dialogue is well.... you know how 90's English dubs were back in the day... they kind of took a lot of liberties. Not saying the dub is bad, I grew up on it as a kid and it's very nostalgic, just not the best first impression for the series.
