Trebban Pravus, born Trebban Blacktail, never felt like he really belonged at home with his brothers and sister, and constantly went off to find his way in life. Uneducated, he forged a way for himself in the King's Rangers, then left when his father fell ill at home to head the household, but after more quarreling with his brothers, he left again as soon as his father began to regain his health. Another stint in the armed forces followed, but he was set up for great fall by his fellow soldiers, and in the end wound up a wanderer and sword for hire.
