I could lay here for hours and stare at the northern skies. It's been many years since I moved up here and these sky never ceases to amaze and inspire me.
It reminds me how small we all are in the grand scheme of things and how important it is to seek out happiness in life and not make life all about work and earning money.

We get skies like this here fairly often, because of this we sometimes don't appreciate it very well. Thank you for reminding me to take the time to appreciate these skies! And also when the snow is on the ground, reflecting the light and turning the whole world pink? Oh Mother Nature you've been colaborating with Mr Bob Ross Haven't you?
I mean, may he rest in peace, but for me this is proof that while he moved on from our existence he didn't die, no one truly dies, we just move on to greater things :)

It truly is a gift that I hope to never take for granted. Haha yeah, sometimes it does feel like nature is showing off, and I personally love it.

As we get older and become adults we tend to move away from "joy" and sometimes we get clouded in our own minds worrying about what tomorrow will bring. That's why I love skies like this, it forces me to take a moment, a moment just for me. :3
