Here's the next layer to my art style project! This is just the flat colors (with a bit of shading, as a treat!), and I'm really happy with how this has turned out! To make the border, I used the magic wand tool on a new layer, making sure just to highlight the line-art. I then inversed the select, and then expanded 7 pixels. From there I hid the line-art layer, and filled the new layer with the bucket tool! I used a similar process to lay down the base (white) color for the fur!

From there, I made new layers for each of the three remaining colors, marked the shapes in their own color, and filled them!

For the eyes, I used a clipping layer on my blue-layer, and swiped over them with a dark-blue watercolor brush! For the white highlights, I made a final color-layer at the top of my color folder, and used a smaller watercolor brush!
