So here's a new layer to my art style project. I added this shading by complete accident actually, but I actually kinda like how it looks???

So basically, I was messing around with the gradient tool, trying to make a background that wasn't just a solid color. After picking something I liked, I decide to "get back to business" and I made a new multiply layer. I did this to see if I could shade without having to pick out new colors to layer on top of the originals. But when I tried to paint, I forgot to turn off the gradient tool, and then this happened!

I'll probably go back and try something a bit more "traditional", but I thought I might as well share this happy little accident anyways!
