"Look, do you want my help or not?"

Known as Garruk 'Skinflayer' of the wastes of Katapesh, he is a devotee of Lamashtu, Mother of Monsters and perhaps even the mother of the whole Gnoll species... Or at least that's what he tells people he meets. In reality he is simply Garruk of some nameless hamlet in Taldor, having been raised there by his mother who 'was' a slaver, a murderer, and an all-around terror in Katapesh but decided to flee once pregnant with her cub in the hopes of keeping him safe. She raised him on all the stories of her adventures, and those of his grandmother and other mothers before, but wanted little else for her cub to be safe, working as an apprentice at the smithy. Well we all know about rebellious teens don't we?

Sneaking away from home he adopted a persona of the 'Skinflayer' to try and act tough, in the hopes most people would cow before his imposing figure, let alone if he bared his teeth at them and it indeed 'did' work for a time! But several near death experiences have made him realize perhaps he'd be better off letting some of his true self show through, in hopes he might actually make some friends to watch over him and just 'maybe' find a pretty girl to kiss.

The part about him worshipping Lamashtu is true though, though not in the really 'squick-ee' ways. After all, she's just a mother who loves her children no matter what they look like right? How can 'that' be evil?

First piece I've gotten from Geier in a long while, and decided to get a little something of a Gnoll OC of mine I've had in some iteration for a while now. Actually playing him in a weekly Pathfinder 2e campaign! Now that I've gotten some gainful employment I'm hoping to actually start throwing more money at them sooner rather than later for more images.
