Rip Boogie is everything one has feared. He's a being, or rather multiple beings, with a strangely soothing voice and charming matter of speaking, but also has a dark side to him, and he's been active for well other a century. Additionally, he takes delight in scaring children at night and relaying terrifying tales to whoever will listen. He is the one hiding under your bed, a keeper of true scary stories and unsolved mysteries who's very eager to share them, and overall a frightening-yet-intriguing enigma. No matter what may happen from here on, he'll find some level of twisted fun in it -- he believes, after all, that the best things happen in the dark.
