Mainly felt like spending my weekly drawing working on Blender again since I couldn't figure out what else to do. So I spent 8 hours trying to make the best model I can in that time. And I mainly treated it as a learning experience. I did actually learn quite a bit. I did a different way of doing the fur on the tail that wasn't just adding the particle effects that lags out my computer and tends to crash Blender, but it is far more time consuming. Looks nice, though. Most importantly I learned that I could just make everything piecemeal to just how I want it, do them separately and have bones attached tot them separately and then join them together into one image.
I can also just remesh it to make it one whole image made out of those chunks, but that can create some problems in regards to making sure everything is still mapped correctly and colors. But this means in the future I could do a sort of modular type setup for models. Where I just spend time going quite in depth on a really nice looking head for a few species, a few body shapes, leg shapes, arm shapes, tails, etc. And then when it's time to make a new model, just mix and match, join 'em up, remesh and then map and color
