No one says that 'Super Mario' would appear in 'The Land Before Time', but only one P-balloon would make a cameo.
Anyways, Grandma Longneck took a few bites of the blueberries, turns into a blueberry, and a floating bubble (P-balloon, actually), and floats away, but it's unknown how she manages to get down after that. We'll never know.
