Been on a kick of playing Catacylsm: Dark Days Ahead a lot. And since I'm just starting out on it I die a lot. But it's still somewhat fun, all things considered. Though the first day in-game is pretty much going to be identical. Because there's simply so many things that you need to do that uses up almost the entire first day. Make a crowbar, hammer, screwdriver, get a brazier and fresh water supply and potentially a decent weapon. Then usually there's little enough time left than to make a bed and do a few other small things.


And felt like drawing something somewhat inspired by that whole thing and Ukeuiwa responded with my drawing idea with "sure, I'm down to kick some ass." And so she was the one I was going to draw. Also wanted to try a bit more animalistic chest design, though not entirely sure how well it comes across. Actually starting to think I need to really start trimming down on my linework. Because it took me 4 hours to do the sketch/line art for this particular drawing and then three and a half hours on the color for a total 7.5 hour timeline.


I mean, yeah, I do definitely like how it came out though I probably could have done a much better job on the shading (especially on the fur), but from a money-making standpoint, if I want to be able to do this for a living, I need to be able to get the drawings done in a timely-enough manner
