For shame! Her lines are far too subtly curved and elegantly sculpted to be any sort of Gundam!
Just bustin' your chops, man. But in seriousness, 'Gundam' isn't a franchise that her form first calls to mind. I don't know what one would work best, but personally I see more than a hint of Aperture Science aesthetics to her.

The whole concept of this park reminds me of an interlude during a comic book issue which I read.
There was an African man who made a career of being a guide for tourists who wanted to hunt big game on their safari trips. He was palpably aware of how silly the whole thing was and quite frustrated by it.
Such pampered people who may never have touched weapons in their lives otherwise went out of their way to kill rare and beautiful creatures they would never even claim the bodies of, using someone else's specialized firearms from a Jeep at extreme range, and while the creatures were unaware of danger. Then they'd always feel that made them badasses.
The slob he was aiding that day cheered when his target went down, and the guide's rehearsed response was given in an unenthusiastic drone: "Yes, yes. You are quite the mighty and cunning hunter..."
