Long time watchers of mine might remember this maniacal dinosaur from a few other works I have had done in the past. This is Imperator Rex, a supervillain character of mine who was a young scientist turned into a trex after a lab accident.

And here he is again, years later, as he has embraced his villainous nature. What? Is there any place that would hire him looking like this?

Yes, he does want to turn humans into dinosaurs. Look what it has done for him!
Or maybe this is a divergence for him, where his transformation doesn't lead him down a villainous path. This is him in shock at becoming an anthro trex. Maybe he will turn things around...

I object to his obsession with turning other folks into dinosaurs being characterized as 'villainous'! Transforming people with glowing serums and science rays is a valid line of work and a necessary public service.
Take, for example, our current world. Absolutely no one turning into dinosaurs. And it's such a terrible mess! If more people were going around zapping others into T-Rexes and Triceratopses and Pteranodons society would be so much healthier.

Maybe yes, but how would people perceive the few people who turned into dinosaurs. "People are afraid of what they don't understand and hate what they are afraid of." For example Ethan (my OC Raptor): his allies are afraid of him, but they respect him, and his enemies are afraid and hate him.
A perfectly reasonable concern. People can be fearful of things they don't understand. Imperator Rex wants to allay your fears by revealing he has come up with an excellent solution for this problem. The key is to turn ALL people into dinosaurs. No need for humans to get all nervous when all humans are now dinosaurs!
