This garish looking Zako is a Decibelter. Decibelters are an odd offshoot strain of Zako that stem from a mutation that caused some to have highly intensified hearing and seemingly an affinity for loud noises. Rather than correcting the issue, Cedar instead chose to improve upon it; changing up the genetic makeup of these Zako until all further members of the newly altered genome now sport hightened senses.
Decibelters are sense freaks; addicted to loud, often horrible noises, they showed an additional aptitude for invention as they began creating the crude predecessors of their current Skreama Kannonz, amplying sounds into a physically damaging blast, often by screaming into the receiever at the rear of the weapon. Impressed, Cedar let them continue to produce these cacophonous guns and this specimen is sporting the present default form of a Skreama.
The clashing, wild colors are also a universal Decibelter habit as they enjoy the visual chaos and eye searing reactions it gets them.
