*sways in time and grins broadly* hee, it's so pleasant and stuff, I like it a lot, probably gonna have it stuck in my head, which means i'll be singing it on the train, haha instant publicity, it's certainly better than mumbling "shut up and sleep with me, c'mon why don't you sleep with me" X3
I record in mono, and I give the effect of Stereo by putting some tracks through mostly one speaker and some the other, so the bass (guitar at least) is always in one speaker more than the other. My software puts this on a little dial, and for some reason even a slight lean to one side or the other decimates the sound in the opposite speaker.
