Finally, my first pastry related baking success besides cookies. It's very basic banana bread, no nuts or fancy spices.

Thoughts: It's a tasty base, but now that I can do the basics the next step is experimenting. I want to try with walnuts and some other spices, I put butter and cardamom on a slice and it tasted pretty dang good. So I'm thinking, at the very least, adding nutmeg and cardamom could prove to be very tasty. Suggestions also welcome.
