I do enjoy those fancy clothes he has. That is an interesting use of colour theory in having the necktie be mainly orange, which contrasts his blue parts. So does the blue Dive Ball, which also matches him, especially wit how he is a Beast of the Sea. The Black Coat part of the suit is not ju standard dapperness but also contrasts his predominantly white body.
