Chuong: That song bothers you that much despite it's cheery beats?
Rainier: I hope that song doesn't fall into the G-52 list of banned topics. Day-O is in it but in the context of using the song to reference Trudeau's blackface scandals.
Chuong: Bad Apple!! is another popular Japanese song, where their tunes are based on a video game. However the lyrics references loneliness and depression yet that song is so popular, people sang it in their languages and danced to it as evidenced by the many videos with Bad Apple!! in it.
Zax: Bad Apple!! would fall into the grey area by G-52 standards and it may be likely that All I Need Are Things I Like may fall into the grey area too. I prefer the later since it has a much more upbeat tune than Bad Apple!!.
