The sunset was really tricky to do, especially having the sun's glow reflecting off of the characters metallic surfaces.
I wanted to use a particular set of colors for the background (primarily oranges, yellows and reds)

Wait is that a robotic Sonic and Sally? That's adorably cute. I don't remember much of the show or comics from when I was a kid, but as soon as I saw the preview icon on the front page I was like "Awwww". The background is magnificent too. Very stunning :) Gosh I have to try to root through my parents place and see if I'd kept any of my old comics XD Nostalgia burst :)
