WILLIAMSBURG (Va.) - The Minutemen's search for talent doesn't sleep or stop at any ocean's shores.

Williamsburg announced the signing of international prospect Otto Okkonen to a league-minimum one-year, $1 million contract. The dragon forward and center played his first couple of professional years with his hometown team, Tampereen Pyrinto. His role on the team will most likely be a backup forward, though the possibility remains that he could see significant playing time.
