Well, she is based on a hyena and that species is characterized by having one of the strongest bites in the animal kingdom, so she is the reason. Also, it is good that I read the previous pages since that allows me to understand why Nora bit Christopher, although that does not mean that this moment stops being weirdly cute as well as kinda funny; amazing page and amazing work. :3

Don't get me wrong. I do get why she did it, and how meaningful his scars are for him.
But still, giving him a new scar to remember... it feels like the kind of thing an abusive partner would do :/

Well with adrenaline and being prepared for pain it hurts less. He was vulnerable here, defense's down. And she is a hyena, near top in bite forces.
A chomp like that, over a small area, on a sensitive area, when not expecting it would stink like putting a freshly cut hand into alcohol.

\Being free now they could go their separate ways or whatever. And nothing was 'signed' or agreed, the owner is just comatose from wealth atm. Nothing might stop him from sicking goons and such.

Also got clean through some of the leather guard of those gloves like it was wet paper.
And I just realized this is a call back. She DID threaten to bite him once. Seems it WOULD have hurt if she did at that point too.
