Well now, check these bad boys out! :3 These are my pumpkin spice rolls and here's the recipe!
1 loaf frozen bread dough (thawed)
3 tbsp cinnamon sugar (Just take equal parts cinnamon and sugar and combine)
1/2 tbsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tbsp ground allspice
Thaw yer bread dough, as if I need to tell you that one. You can either use homemade or frozen, I'm just going by frozen instructions. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to whatever size you want, I went about 3 inches x 15 inches.
Sprinkle about half of your pumpkin spice mixture on the rolls, then roll up the dough along the shortest side. Cut up into equal, inch long pieces, then put into a greased muffin tin. What I used, I had about 18 pieces (somehow) and filled up the holes in the tray.
As for a frosting, take about 10 tbsp sugar and slowly sprinkle water into it while mixing with a spoon until the mixture turns runny.
Bake the rolls in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, drizzle with the leftover pumpkin spice mixture and frosting, and enjoy! :3

Pumpkin spice cake cookies are the Easiest and perhaps even a bit cheating thing to make.
All you need is Spice Cake mix, and a can of pumpkin, mix them together, then do a 1-2 inch cookie drop on a sprayed cookie sheet, bake at 350 for about ten minutes, keep your eye on them.
Let them cool a bit, and you can ice them. Or eat them nice an warm from the oven.. Soo yummy!
