Another pic of the fabulous Thunderbirds. There were six planes in total, with this quartet demonstrating formation flying and a duo throwing their planes around. It was great fun, and each high-speed pass was a great demonstration of the Doppler Effect as the planes approach and pass generally quietly, and after they've pass the impact makes your skull ring like a bell and you can feel the vibration in your lungs.
