Made german potato salad again, this time with fresh parsley instead of dry. Recipe found here: https://www.fivehearthome.com/german-potato-salad/
Thoughts: The sauce didn't come out as strong tasting this time for some reason, it's still good but I wish it had more of that vinegar taste. The fresh parsley is a lot nicer than dry though.
