Zax: He's one of Chuong's friends and he's a Texans fan.
Chuong: He knows me and my friends well. I have good connections in Pearland. Whenever I visit Dallas, you guide me around. When I visit Houston, Wrangler Wolf guides me around.
Zax: So you're close with him.
Jack: And he knows more about Houston than I do. Well, he lives in Pearland, which is a wonderful small growing city and despite the city's name, Pearland is known for other things than pears. People don't even go to Pearland for pears just like how people don't go to Sugar Land for candy.
Chuong: Sugar Land got it's name initially for candy factories and ironically enough, healthcare factories outpaced candy factories instead.
