Sometimes on Hero Forge, all you have to do is a color swap and you get a totally different character. Thus, what we have here is a re-imagining of Leonine's final monarch, King Lionel XVIII (also known as the Monarch Major). His suit-and-tie combination has the patriotic colors of Leonine, blue and gold.

Leonine had many similarities with Kriegland, although the former was all lions while the latter was all different species of felines. Unlike Kriegland, who was well behind the times because it thought it was wrong to be modern (a fact CNG took advantage of, and a mindset it possibly created), Leonine was progressing forward; it fell somewhere in between Kriegland and the most-technologically advanced of planets, Bengalia. It still, however, gave the death penalty for things that weren't really worthy, such as smoking, drinking, and reading and/or distribution of pornography. (The only ones ever executed for that last one, however, were Golbarkan pirates.)

King Lionel has jazz drumming talents rivaling that of Roger J. Raticus (the Snare Soldier), and both play drums for the DJA, or Drumbum Jazz Ambassadors. King Lionel also likes to call himself a "drumologist" instead of just a drummer, bestowing upon himself the nickname "Professor of Drumology."
