So when he gets an idea of how much treating Estvan Silverbrush and Roland Sartoriusson at the concessions stand at Chequers Park is going to cost him, it causes a great deal of internal disquiet, the more so since he can't refuse either fur. At least Lucian Ravenmad appears to have paid for his own peach fizz...

It's actually an upper case, "Elvish" C (rather like our Olde English "C"), which as the bat correctly points out, is the logo of the Chequers. (And, it should be noted, the team that both Estvan and Ravenmad had played for, centuries before.) You can see that hat also with the kitten, last week.
