You show 'em Flinters
I am again, trying to do art, despite the current situation with my hands swelling horrifically. This literally took all day sadly...and I apologize for the overall shitty look.
But had to zap that wee lil Wallaby ,
flinters , otherwise he starts crying and whining.

BTY. the Keltec P17 .22LR pistol is a featherweight handgun, mostly polymers to cut down on weight. Fully loaded it weighs around 14 ounces (thats 397 grams for you metrically contaminated).

Got handle a newer one, grip is smaller. I'm sticking with my Para double stacks. Picked up a .40 cal P16 that was new in the box from the early 90s. Ended up fitting a 9mm barre, .38 super barrel and a 10mm barrel to that one - ejector and extractor work fine . Turns out that Rock Island barrels are patterned after the Para - same feed ramp. someone was selling the barrels on Ebay for under $100 each. The 10mm one is damn accurate, but I had to modify a couple of .40 S&W mags for it - minor adjustment of the feed lips.
Ruger Redhawk with some of the 300 grain plus hunting bullets - personal fave of mine. used to have a TC Contender with a 12 inch .45/70 barrel - even with a muzzle brake it was invigorating with the recoil. Did shoot it once by mistake with a 500 grain lead bullet intended for a replica Sharps... Held on to it but gun was pointing straight up after the shot.
Jess Harnell shot one in .444 Marlin...

Even I won't own one of those, too expensive and heavy as all hell. Might as well carry a cinder block on your hip. Damn things weigh almost as much as M1 carbine.
Now the Jericho 941 AKA Baby Eagle, yes. Fantastic weapons, all finely machined, all steel, still are a hunk of weight. Even your rat-like paws can grasp them. Israeli's make fantastic weapons.

I have a Spanish Star Model P .45ACP (1911 frame), when I got it, it had a , I shit you not, half pound trigger pull. Breathing on it set it off, a shadow crossing it set it off. I had it boosted to a 5.5 pound pull instead. Its also my most accurate 1911 frame I own.
I got the East German Makarov myself, the Cadillac of Makarovs. I also own a Bulgarian version. I regret not getting a Chinese version when they were still $100. Plus the Chinese models have a chrome bore.
I bought a East German version for my then fiancé, she physically tore it apart examining it while her mother was arguing with me why I bought her daughter a handgun. Then my fiancé showed me the firing pin asking what that part was, which freaked me out.
She's a Crack shot with her Makarov.

Read a review in SOF magazine about the PM and wanted one. Mine came with aftermarket grips, soon swapped out for original--with lanyard. I regret not getting a Type 59, or Bulgarian model. But satisfied with the FEG Model 64, and others of that caliber. Out of concern that Makarov ammo would be unavailable, I obtained a .380 ACP conversion bbl. It was not needed after all. Yet the million rounds of ex-East German 9 x 18mm never materialized. I cast bullets and handload the round.
