Juno: Does CNG go after violent Russians who mob LGBTQ+ people? Russia still has a hate crime problem even after Leonid got put in place as their President.

Most of the time, our streets are quiet giving off the impression that our cities and towns are ghost towns when in reality, people are scared of CNG and we're trying to get people to work from home as much as possible though it's not really successful as say The Netherlands in getting many of their people to work from home.
