Last year, I worked on a dragonborn character concept I refer to as the “bound disciple” or the “resistant disciple”. Though now he has a name: Azahi.

He was once an explorer, however he ended up finding a shrine that was dedicated to a creature/deity that was a creature of domination and bondage. With someone discovering this location, hey tried to force him into becoming a ‘disciple’ of theirs, locking the articles onto them: robes, cuffs, and sandals.

Despite this, he has tried to resist, and would eventually escape, and is trying to find a way to be completely free of this creature’s influence.
I wanted to try and revisit the design for the heck of it. I like how this turned out, though there are aspects of it that I’m not too sure on.
