This design's a bit on the simple side, but I'm really happy with how it turned out! Sometimes, less is more right? It's just a cute, quirky little guy! Had the idea to take Togepi's crown shaped head, and swap it out for Meowth's usual coin! From there I sort of realized neither design had a ton of colors, patterns or features that I could swap around, but I like it as is! Really had fun making the background as well, it was a bit of an experiment!
