In the Irken Empire there is a group of irkens known as "The Dark Eyes" they are a group of irkens that doesn't live on Irk but on another nearby planetoid, this group of irkens have their own culture and society apart from Irk, they are very talented in making technological advances and preserving it as well and they are the one who make the weaponry, the food dispensers and other tech that the Empire make to sustain themselves, this selfless actions have earn the respect and admiration of the Tallests for many years.

But there is one thing that make them hated by some, their religious beliefs, yes the dark eye irkens of the planetoid of Daark have a monestary like lifestyle which some high intelligent irkens like Kex find it outdated and primitive and also since they live outside of irk and manage for ages not to be assimilated to Irken Empire ways these intellectuals even find them a menace to their society, but the dark eye irkens have never though of do such things they dedicate their lives to serve their fellow irkens because that's what they believe is right and what the being they call "The Creator of All" have teach to them and many other sentient races across the entire galaxy.

Among them the youngest smeat with high intelligence and talent was birthed and decided to join the Irken Armada, his name is Syp he was trained by the best of the to join the Armada and show that the Dark Eye One are loyal to the Empire with the promise that he will never forgt where he came from and his believes.

Syp quickly because a asset to any unti he was put into, he became the Master Medic in his work he was cold and calculated helping not just the irkens but also vortians and other races, Syp was a ace. He even was one those irkens that manage to assist and attend the famous Invader Blade, one time Blade got his left arm cut but Syp manages to reattached with ease on a cold blood operation on the run, showing that he have nerves of stell.

But how he ended being a rebel, well it was because the actions of one of his superior officers who was treating his fellow irken soldiers and others pretty badly, they where tired, beated and bruise and this officer just push them around even hurting them because of their incompetence, Syp didn't take that lightly and confronted his superior officer many times on the matter until one time his officer threaten him to kill him, Syp didn't care he believe in an oath and keeps it, the officer tried to kill him but Syp in self defense kill the officer instead but despite of that action killing your superior was a offense punishable by death or worst he could be reprogrammed losing his memories, his believes and even his faith. So Syp decided to run away and he did successfully since irken guards are pretty incompetent.

Syp then hides on a planet designated as a trash heap for the empire until he find a new place to live and start again, he didn't want to go back to his home planetoid with the shameful news of what happen, he thought he might disappoint his masters, during his time there he met a young irken girl named Mery who raised by a disgruntled vortian assassin, both of them became friends overtime and together they found in one of their scrap collecting routines they found a old ship which inside have a stasis chamber where there was a for their surprise a irken, slightly taller then them and his name was Xam, Xam told them everything that happen in the past and what he can remember, Xam also found something that suppress growing on the modern irken paks of both Syp and Mery, after sometime both of them grow in size and shap, also Mery have some very notorious body changes she became curvy, her hips where big and well for some reason she growth mammalian breasts, apparently irkens have being adapting and changing to become a little more like mammal humanoids but still with their irken insect characteristics, Syp then feel very attracted to Mery in this form and both of them start a relationship and well they re-discover a very forbidden act known as "sex" which was outlawed in Irk because of a incident that happen between a tallest and his servant doing such an act, which give birth to the "Smeat Factories" and the destruction of the unit known as "family" on irken society.
