Sharon reflects on everything that's happened in her life up to now, from her humble beginnings in a remote village, to losing everything near and dear to her, to fleeing into the wilderness and spending the next several years fending for herself... all alone. She sometimes wonders if it's all going to amount to anything down the line. Surely, this can't be all she has to look forward to in life, can it? Sleeping on the dirt, struggling to get something to eat each day, wandering the vast forests... Yeah, she can handle it now, but no way she'll be able to do this forever.

But what else can she do? She can't go back to her village, and nobody's really willing to extend a helping hand for a runaway marked slave like her in this part of the world. No, she has to keep going and hope things will improve someday. It's all she can do.

Done during a weekend-long charity art stream, featuring a number of different artists offering their services. Got quite a few lovely pics during that stream, and this was the first - a "cinematic" sketch featuring my Sharon. Been awhile since I last got anything with her in it, but I definitely haven't forgotten about her!

Would've loved to get a similar sketch with Melee, but... well, it was an art stream, and the artist has to give the other viewers a chance to get art, right? I would eventually get that desired Melee piece, however, a year later. You can check that one out right here.
