I've seen a few eagles on bird cams being equipped with some kind of GPS transmitter for research purposes and their whereabouts. And I asked myself what it would look like if Fred also wore one of these. He doesn't seem to understand what this thing is, and little does he know that humans are monitoring his flight adventures and travels.
