Very funny. Same resolution. I put it through an automated raster to vector converter and spent a few hours fixing it up.
All that's left is the eye socket, the plunger and the left-most ball on the third row from the bottom. It might be finished tomorrow if I don't get sleepy before 2am (UTC+2).

I finished the SVG version an hour earlier than I expected. There are a couple of corners that I'm not happy with, but still.

I used Inkscape. It's open-source and can export it to PNG at 1200dpi no problem.
